A Conceptual Design Phase follows the initial briefing, enabling our client to see, feel and understand our concept proposal direction through planning, 3d perspectives, and mood & sample boards.
This is followed by Design Development where all concepts are refined, interrogated to check they are achievable, in line with the client’s direction, and aligned to the project budget.
The approved design is documented to a high level of detail, sufficient for tender and construction processes, which helps the builder and contractors deliver the clients project, with less fuss, variations and construction errors on site.
We have significant Construction Administration experience working with the builders and subcontractors on various projects, providing sound coordination, site progress tracking, quality control and defect management.
